Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your dryrobe® in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and any promotional items are included if required.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
